Competitive hourly pay, plus tips Employee Discount Employee Referral Bonus Health, Dental, Vision Benefits Supplemental Benefits 401K / Matching SNHU Discounted Tuition Program Opportunities for personal career growth within our team Job Type: Hourly / Full & Part Time Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Opening start time at 4am required (or earlier in some restaurant locations) Extremely dependable, punctual Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Strong decision-making skills Prepare, bake, and set up for next day's daily restaurant operations Clean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areas Responsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shifts Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction Know and adhere to all company policies and procedures Responsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organization Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines Must be 18 years of age or older Must have reliable transportation Desire to be a team member within a growing organization Have a positive attitude, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service Strong communication and organizational skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in repetitive motions
