Home Health Scheduler
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as Home Health Scheduler. Desirable candidates will have strong relationship building and communication skills, as well as experience in the Home Health industry. Responsibilities
Understands and adheres to establish the agencies policies and procedures. Creates and maintains staff schedules. Provides staffing for sick leave, vacations, FMLA leave. Enters scheduling data, creates schedules. Contacts clinicians and clients regarding day to day changes. Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans. Enters staff and client information into database. Maintains staff and client database Maintains staff and client statistics, and reports. Performs general office duties Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Prior Scheduling experience preferred. Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and Wellsky. Basic Medical Terminology. Interpersonal, organizational and communications skills. Exceptional multitasking skills Ability to carry out directions, read and write. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. Must have working knowledge of home health care industry
