Senior Systems And Applications Lead
Tyto Athene is searching for a Senior Systems And Applications Lead to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida. Responsibilities include managing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise systems and applications to support USSOUTHCOM's mission-critical IT operations. Other duties involve developing and implementing system architectures, overseeing the deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications, monitoring system performance, implementing security controls, executing lifecycle management, and providing technical leadership. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, 10+ years of experience in systems administration, systems engineering, or enterprise application support with at least two of those years in a supervisor role, strong experience managing enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and core business applications, and proficiency with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi. Desired qualifications include a master's degree in a related field, experience supporting DoD or federal government environments, experience with containerization platforms, familiarity with cloud-based platforms and hybrid infrastructure, and understanding of government procurement and DoD program lifecycle. TS/SCI Secret clearance is required. DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role. Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
