Summary Responsible for leading design projects and creating visually appealing designs, executing on a wide range of media formats including web, mobile, email, video, signage and print based on the creative strategies established by the creative and marketing lead. Supports consistent brand messaging across our system and injects fresh perspective to the organization's storytelling. Essential Functions

Lead design projects and ensure that all designs meet the company's standards for quality and effectiveness. Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital materials. Understand the brand policies to guide and consult with internal clients across the system. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business requirements and project goals. Ensure that all designs are produced within specified deadlines and budgets. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that designs remain relevant and effective. Contribute to the development of design policies and procedures as needed. Provide design support for special projects and events as needed. Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design required or Bachelor's Degree Visual Arts required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience experience in graphic design 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. - Ability to lead design projects and provide guidance to junior designers. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A keen aesthetic eye and strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise across all media. - Skilled in related software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
