Senior Business Manager - Servicing Operations Strategy & Analytics Lead
We are looking for a strategic problem solver to help us shape our Retail Bank and Card Servicing Strategy. You will partner with Capital One leaders to define customer servicing strategies that provide great customer experiences and protect spend while delivering on our destination economics. Some of the strategic initiatives you'll be leading or supporting include: Facilitating the integration of Discover products, services and processes Identifying key customer friction points and working with Tech, Product and Operations on solutions that improve customer experience and loyalty and drive business value Revamping key components of our servicing strategy (e.g. multichannel servicing strategy, policies, segmentation, routing) Assessing opportunities to converge our Card and Bank servicing strategy In this role, you will get to work with several senior leaders and across several functions including Tech, Product, Integration Management Office (IMO) and Operations. You will have full ownership of critical bodies of work and will get access to dedicated BA and DA resources to get the job done. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering) At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis At least 1 year of experience in people management At least 1 year of experience in project management Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis 2+ years of experience in people management 2+ years of experience in product development 2+ years of experience in financial modeling 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting 2+ years of experience in project management Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Business Manager Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business Manager New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Business Manager Anytown, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Business Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
