Systems Specialist

Our corporate office is located in McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ. As the Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing property management systems, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and user support across platforms such as ResMan, Yardi, and RealPage. This role oversees system implementation, troubleshooting, training coordination, and data integrity to support operational efficiency across the organization. You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:
Manage and maintain property management systems (ResMan, Union, Yardi, RealPage, etc.). Enhance company and department reporting to identify opportunities from centralized reporting. Manage integrations with all applicable technology products. Act as the primary point of contact for technology related tickets, system issues, or bugs. Provide end-user support and resolve any technical issues related to software platforms. Work closely with vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Assist with the setup and implementation of new properties in property management software. Customize system configurations to meet the operational needs of the property management teams. Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and processes for greater efficiency. Coordinate with the training department on the use of various systems and software solutions. Ensure up to date user guides, manuals, and documentation. Maintain data integrity within all systems and assist with data migration and auditing as necessary. We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in systems administration, preferably in the property management or real estate industry. Strong understanding of property management software (e.g., ResMan, Union, Yardi, RealPage). Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Oracle. Experience troubleshooting software and technology systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
