Graduate Quantitative Researcher
Founded in 1998, All Options is a proprietary trading firm headquartered in Amsterdam, with a growing presence in Austin, TX. As a fully regulated market maker, we trade on major European options exchanges and recently expanded into US markets. The Graduate Quantitative Researcher will start with a 4-week training period where you will join a cohort for an all-embracing training period that combines advanced option theory with hands-on market-making experience. This role has two cohort start dates available
February 2026 and August 2026 in Austin, TX. Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as your knowledge grows Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms Your work will bridge statistics, trading, and technology, providing data-driven insights to trading teams and management Monitoring and optimizing strategy performance Designing and building automated trading and position management algorithms Enhancing pricing models Building, maintaining, and improving the company's codebase and technology stack Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026, and pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading Result-driven and able to prioritize Strong at pattern recognition Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Phyton, C+, C++, etc.) A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ready to excel in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written English skills Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2026 or August 2026 Why Join All Options?
