Surefox is seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to fill the Full Time role Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator, System/Badging Administrator, and Threat & Intelligence Analyst. Your primary duties will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and coordinating the global security efforts of our client, ensuring the effective operation of access control systems, badging processes, incident response, and intelligence gathering. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and security of employees, assets, and facilities worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in GSOC operations, system administration (specifically with Genetec), access control systems, as well as threat and intelligence analysis. In addition, they must possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage a variety of security functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time. Compensation for this position is $37.50, schedule is M-F 0600-1430 hrs. Key Responsibilities

GSOC Operator Functions: Monitoring & Incident Response: Act as the primary operator in the GSOC, monitoring security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems across global sites. Respond to and manage security alarms and incidents, escalating as needed to appropriate internal or external resources. Conduct initial assessments of global events and incidents and communicate the potential impact to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate and dispatch security personnel or emergency services to mitigate threats or respond to incidents. Document and report incidents, maintaining accurate records of actions taken, responses, and outcomes. Communication & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders regarding ongoing incidents and global security events. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly security reports, including incident summaries, system health checks, and security metrics. Collaborate with local law enforcement, first responders, and internal teams to enhance security responses and threat mitigation efforts. Serve as the point of contact for global employees seeking assistance or reporting incidents related to their safety and security. System/Badging Administration: Access Control Management: Serve as the lead administrator for the Genetec access control system, ensuring that all access control hardware and software are functioning properly. Oversee the issuance and deactivation of security badges, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of badge records for all personnel. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with access control systems, including badge readers, card printers, and CCTV integrations. Conduct audits of badge access permissions and resolve any discrepancies or anomalies. System Maintenance & Configuration: Regularly update and maintain the Genetec Security Center, ensuring it operates optimally and securely. Work with vendors and integrators to maintain and enhance system functionality, providing support for system repairs or troubleshooting as necessary. Configure and optimize CCTV surveillance settings to ensure proper monitoring and video data integrity. Threat & Intelligence Analysis: Global Risk & Intelligence Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess global events for potential risks to the organization. Analyze global security threats and provide actionable intelligence reports to the security management team and other stakeholders. Participate in the creation and distribution of emergency notifications, advisories, and security alerts to the broader organization. Investigate suspicious activities or anomalies detected via security systems or other sources, escalating issues as needed. Crisis Management & Response: Support crisis mitigation efforts by analyzing incidents, developing response strategies, and providing after-action reports. Work with the security management team to improve GSOC operational effectiveness and security posture through lessons learned from incidents. Coordinate the response to critical incidents, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that proper protocols are followed. Security System Oversight: Ensure that all GSOC platforms are functioning at peak performance, assisting in troubleshooting and system configuration when necessary. Collaborate with security engineers and vendors to recommend and implement system improvements. Maintain operational oversight of the GSOC, ensuring that key security functions are properly managed and reported. Qualifications

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, IT, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in GSOC operations, system administration, or security analysis. Proven experience with Genetec (or other access control platforms) and CCTV/video management systems. Military, law enforcement, or first responder experience is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency with security systems, particularly access control (Genetec), alarm monitoring, and video surveillance (CCTV). Experience with troubleshooting security systems and working with vendors to resolve issues. Familiarity with incident management platforms and reporting tools. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm and composed during security incidents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team. Other Requirements: Must be eligible for employment within the United States. Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM). Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a global security operations center (GSOC). Knowledge of emergency management, crisis communications, and business continuity planning. Experience with system administration and troubleshooting for both security systems and software.
