Director of Multi-Dwelling Units

We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and tenacious sales professional to lead our Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and gated community fiber internet expansion efforts in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position in developing a new business line within a high-growth, innovative fiber internet company. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting MDUs and gated communities throughout the Phoenix metro area. Build and manage relationships with property owners, property management companies, and homeowners associations (HOAs). Generate leads and prospect new opportunities through outreach, networking, and local market knowledge. Lead and coordinate sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Track and report on sales metrics and progress against goals. Serve as the local market expert and brand ambassador for our fiber internet services. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in MDU and/or gated community sales is strongly preferred. Background in property management, real estate development, or telecom/fiber sales is a strong plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
