The FP&A Analyst II assists in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing financial reports and projections, and supporting various financial planning and analysis activities. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure that financial plans are accurate and aligned with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare financial reports and projections. Support various financial planning and analysis activities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial planning. Utilize data analysis tools to perform detailed financial analyses. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders. Maintain knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and/or public auditing policies, labor rate composition. while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree). Typically 2+ years of related experience. Experience with management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management. Experience in a finance-related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis. Experience collecting data from several sources, performing analysis, and communicating data. Experience with advanced features in Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.). Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: CPA, CFA, or FP&A. Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with financial planning and analysis best practices. Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management. Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and/or public auditing policies, labor rate composition. Compensation: Pay Range:

$74,525.00 - $102,492.00 Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness. Important Notice:
