Battery Cell Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Battery Cell Technician to support the development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure product quality and performance. This role is critical for Anthro to deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects. What You Will Do: Build and test battery cells following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct performance evaluations, including capacity, cycle life, and thermal tests. Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes while maintaining safety protocols. Safely operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, and environmental chambers. Collect and document test data, generating reports for engineering and R&D teams. Work closely with engineers and scientists to optimize battery performance and manufacturing processes. Follow safety guidelines for handling lithium-ion and other battery chemistries. Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
