Business Development Manager / Account Executive
LaSalle Network is hiring Business Development Managers / Account Executives to join our award-winning team headquartered in downtown Chicago. As a Business Development Manager / Account Executive, your impact will be seen, heard, and celebrated. You'll have the opportunity to work with existing accounts ready for expansion while also using your hunting skills to win brand new clients. Responsibilities:
Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, client events, and more Expand existing accounts, becoming a strategic partner to your clients as you help them overcome their top hiring challenges Pitch, present, and meet with prospective and current clients face-to-face Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top-tier talent and client satisfaction Solve problems, overcome objections, and win deals with confidence Work cross-functionally to scale client partnerships and revenue Requirements:
Prior sales experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or another similar space, such as professional services or consulting Competitive, money-motivated, and driven by a compensation plan that rewards results Proven ability to win new business and scale accounts Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong work ethic, hunger to win, and a desire to grow your career Willingness to work our hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote) Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $60-75K, commensurate with experience, and first-year OTE is up to $120,000+.
