Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, collaborating with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare providers. Shift Work: Enjoy continuity of care by working in shifts, including nights and weekends. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, stabilizing patients before transfer if needed. Collaboration: Work closely with the emergency department team and arrange transfers to larger facilities if necessary.
