Entry Level Associate Business Intelligence Developer
SpecialtyCare continues to grow our footprint and we have a new opportunity for an Entry Level Associate Business Intelligence Developer to join our Information Systems team! The Associate Business Intelligence Developer will understand current operational systems data and help to define functional and technical requirements within our QlikView/Sense and Nprinting reporting platform as well as support current and new dashboards and providing support for power users. This is a hybrid onsite position in Brentwood, TN. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED AT THIS TIME. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders and end users. Understand and navigate Qlik Dashboard/App solutions for the purposes of training/helping end users. Ability to re-create and document defects related to Qlik BI platform. With assistance, ability to identify and document enhancements within the Qlik BI platform. Perform basic troubleshooting and some minor bug correction for dashboards, report and data issues. Help to develop solutions that answer the business question presented. Collaborate with other functional areas to create solutions or fix issues. Adhere to prioritized project demand within a rapidly evolving environment. Act as advocate for BI benefits across the organization and promote BI usage to relevant departments. Grow skill set as industry evolves and embrace new technology. Perform other duties as assigned. Starting at $60,000 based on experience. This is a hybrid onsite position in Brentwood, TN. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED AT THIS TIME. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration. Experience: None required, some in a related role preferred. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc, preferred. Experience in troubleshooting workflows/processes, preferred. Familiarity with Relational Database Management Systems, preferred. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience, acceptable. The Successful Candidate: Excellent organization skills with the capacity to prioritize work based on current needs. A Self-Starter - proactive, takes initiative, has a professional vision and strong self-management skills. Possess discipline/persistence to prevail regardless of the challenge. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge to future projects/solutions. Competency in Microsoft Office products, including Project and Visio. Ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of individuals and personalities.
