Adobe is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Corporate Digital Media team based out of our Chicago office. This role is crafted for someone passionate about driving growth within existing customer accountsthrough strategic upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across both Adobe Document Cloud and Creative Cloud. As a BDR, you'll partner closely with your account team to surface new opportunities within our customer base. You'll research target accounts, engage key personas across lines of business, and personalize your outreach to generate high-quality sales conversations that lead to pipeline and revenue. This is an ideal role for someone who's curious, consultative, and energized by value-based selling. What You'll Do
Serve as a strategic growth ambassador for both Adobe Document Cloud and Creative Cloud solutions Drive new pipeline by identifying expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Develop personalized outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social channels to engage decision-makers and influencers Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams on territory strategy and account planning Qualify inbound interest and route leads appropriately when applicable Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and business initiatives to inform your outreach Own your performance metrics around meetings booked, opportunities sourced, and influenced revenue Contribute to continuous improvement across our BDR motion by sharing feedback, testing new approaches, and iterating on process What You'll Need To Succeed
6+ months of BDR, SDR, or lead generation experience in SaaS (growth-stage or enterprise preferred) Strong communication skillscomfortable cold calling and writing compelling, personalized outreach A growth mindset with a passion for understanding how Adobe's tools solve real business challenges Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Dynamics, Chorus) A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with selling to Marketing, Creative, Operations, or IT personas is a plus Grit, curiosity, and a desire to build a career in enterprise sales Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,800 -- $103,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
