Contractor Position
The Contractor shall provide on-site operations and technical guidance to support program management and execution activities for established and new research and development portfolio programs spanning multiple component projects through to program execution. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and maintain technical and programmatic roadmaps and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Develop visualizations for presentation materials and integrate them with program execution environments and program management applications Oversee cost, schedule, and technical execution for multiple programs, projects, and elements including in-house and external contracts Track tasks, milestones, and program progress Populate and maintain enterprise-level program management tools documenting program objectives, structure, and execution Provide training and support for new program management, enterprise, and execution software as needed Assist with recurring and ad-hoc program taskers, preparing program documentation for both informal and formal presentations (written and oral) Support development and initiation of future research and development portfolio programs Support occasional travel as required to locations including Washington D.C. metropolitan area, Scott AFB, Eglin AFB, Robins AFB, Hill AFB, and Tinker AFB Software Knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) - Expert Microsoft Project - Intermediate AFRL CCaR, Work Unit Management, and PM Apps - Intermediate Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience supporting program execution or project management activities Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with program management software and tools Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines Education
