Smoker & Company LLC, a thriving CPA firm with multiple offices in Lancaster and Berks County, is looking for several Administrative Assistants to join our team across our family of companies. As a member of Smoker & Company, you will be part of a family of companies that provide an array of business services such as collections, business consulting, wealth and property management (among others). The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. From scheduling meetings to coordinating travel arrangements for staff, the role is instrumental in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence Manage the schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Data entry and filing Complete office tasks such as keeping records and managing databases Oversee filing systems and maintain records of business-related entities Type and prepare documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence Organize and book corporate events like travel arrangements and team building activities Manage agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions for regular internal and external meetings
