Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients. Duties: Directs process of fielding incoming calls to the hospital as well as coordination of processes for receiving referrals and admissions from various agencies. Responsible for problem-solving with clinical staff, funding sources, and referral sources to oversee and facilitate each admission. Responsible for assuring all inquiries, referrals, and admissions are documented and recorded. Works closely with Utilization Review in verifying insurance benefits for admits. Responsible for assisting with statistical data regarding referrals and admissions for projections and the identification of trends and/or opportunities for improvement. Serves as a member of the Leadership Team of the facility. Collaborates with colleagues in coordinating processes and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing, or a related field required; Master's preferred. Minimum of five (5) years experience in behavioral health/mental health or related healthcare field in a residential treatment care setting for children and/or adolescents desirable. Candidates should have knowledge of TJC standards, patient rights standards, and applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
