We are currently seeking self-motivated Production/Assembly workers to fill immediate positions at Hercules. The basic function of the Production/Assembly position is to perform all aspects of the warehouse operation at the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This includes participating in work teams learning about the washers, dryers and parts inventory. Other responsibilities include assembling commercial laundry equipment, rebuilding equipment and preparing equipment for re-use within the field. The position provides the opportunity for personal growth through experience and training. Estimated Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities. What we're looking for: This position requires a High School diploma or GED; one+ years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential Technical knowledge a plus Organization, detail oriented and multi-tasking skills Ability to work with little supervision On-the-job training provided; basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and assembly of machines What you'll do: Follow all safety procedures and practices as required Perform warehouse functions including the cleaning, assembling of commercial washers and dryers in centralized warehouse Ability to function in fast paced, sometimes high pressure environment; requires multi-tasking and attention to detail skills Position is for Monday
