Very good understanding of integration of automation and AI in chemical synthesis Proven experience in leading R&D teams and driving product development initiatives. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to align R&D with business objectives. Excellent understanding of chemical synthesis, project management, and regulatory standards. Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively. Ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team. Experience in identifying and protecting intellectual property. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in drug design, lead optimization, and structure-activity relationships. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the chemistry field. Strong understanding of sustainability practices in R&D. Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience in managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets effectively.
