We're looking for a talented Drafter/Designer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll play a vital role in designing and engineering steel building systems and components for multi-story construction projects. Note: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered. What You'll Do: Design structural joist and deck layouts using AutoCAD software. Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure project clarity and keep things moving smoothly. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently. What We're Looking For: 0-10 years of design experience (entry-level candidates are welcome!) AAS degree in Design or equivalent experience Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative spirit and a keen eye for detail If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for design, we encourage you to apply!
