As a Senior Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our biologics pipeline. You will independently design and execute discovery campaigns using phage and yeast-display technologies. Your responsibilities will include recovering yeast plasmids, preparing samples for NGS data generation, analyzing NGS data with software like Geneious Biologics, and selecting hit lists for antibody production. You will contribute to technology platform builds, streamline discovery workflows, and present data as a lead scientist in multidisciplinary project teams. Collaboration across multiple groups in a matrixed environment is essential. Essential Skills/Experience

A PhD, or equivalent experience, in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, with 0-6 years of post-doctoral experience in a relevant research area, a Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related disciplines with 5+ years of laboratory experience. Industry experience is a plus but not required. Extensive and current hands-on experience with phage and yeast-display technology for antibody discovery. Proven hands-on experience with NGS data generation (sample prepping) and sequence analysis. Data science and/or coding (python) skills highly desirable. Experience in high-throughput cloning, DNA sequence analysis, protein expression and purification, ELISA, flow cytometry, and tissue culture. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Self-motivated, diligent, and flexible in accommodating shifting priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with supervisor, team, and various cross-functional project team members. Maintain accurate and well-organized laboratory records, including worksheets, lab notebooks, inventories, and databases. Desirable Skills/Experience

Experience working with various antibody formats including VHH, scFv and Fab. Familiarity with handling large datasets; data science skills are a plus. Transfection/electroporation, culturing and expansion of mammalian cells. Experience with ELISA, MSD, cytotox and biolayer interferometry binding assays highly desirable.
