Act as Program Manager for various carrier projects. Manage the planning and scheduling of project activities and resource support. Communicate with internal teams and external customers on day-to-day project activities, critical issues. Manage project status and customer reporting. Manage a team of multiple groups to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments to meet tight schedule. Responsible for virtualized 5G RAN product software delivery- cloud native DU (Distributed Unit) and CU products (Centralized Unit). Responsible for virtualized 5G RAN product hardware delivery. Manage the product roadmap for the 5G RAN DU (Distributed Unit). Manage the SDLC for 5G RAN SU software including the delivery and management of customer specifications. Responsibilities include working with R&D teams in resolving system performance issues, system defects and planning customer delivery schedules. Project responsibilities include planning and running inter-vendor specification IOTs for Samsung Open RAN products. Coordinate New Product Introduction leading cross-functional teams including Telecom SME Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Performance and Operational teams. Work with customer engineering planning, market and First Application teams on software releases and manage the customer network release lifecycle. New product responsibilities include developing team workflow guidelines, communication plan for internal and external stakeholders and risk management guidelines for the project. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Professional III, R&D Project Management or related occupation in project management. The 5 years of experience must have included: (1) Managing wireless infrastructure implementation projects; (2) Developing and implementing project management benchmark and best practices for wireless network operations; (3) Managing multiple telecommunications and wireless infrastructure projects and activities simultaneously; (4) Developing and managing outside vendors as a technical lead in telecommunications and wireless network projects; and (5) Experience in network and telecommunications projects.
