Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

As the Lead Analyst, you will serve as the liaison between Sunland operations and technical delivery teams. This position performs IT service management processes, supports business process improvement, maintains ongoing customer relationships, configures supply chain systems, writes functional specifications for new development and system enhancements, and performs and coordinates quality assurance testing. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These are the most significant job duties performed; other responsibilities or assignments not specifically mentioned may also be assigned. Support implementations by developing documented implementation plans, configuring supply chain systems, training users, and providing post-implementation support. Assume a leading role in business relationship management process for the information systems component of the company's business. Provides informed feedback to assess and promote understanding, facilitates business decision-making processes. Captures and disseminates technical and business information. Elicits and analyzes requirements

both functional and non-functional. Writes functional specifications with complete use cases for complex new development, documents system enhancements and defects, accurately reflecting customer requirements and priorities. Perform integrated quality assurance testing on system changes and works with end users to perform user acceptance testing system changes prior to production deployment. Provide end-to-end training to users of supply chain systems. Provide site-support to assigned business operations centers and support resolution of data-related problems with supply chain management systems. Participate in Sunland's business development process; analyze client requirements, perform system demonstrations, determine fit and customizations, develop proposals, develop supporting data for cost estimates, and to present Sunland's capabilities and solutions to client prospects. This Job has no supervisory responsibilities. This Job has no decision-making responsibilities. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience Minimum Required Experience: Minimum Four (4) years of experience with systems development and implementation Minimum Four (4) years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience with Infor's Supply Chain Execution (SCE) WMS Ability to use SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting. Desirable Education/Experience: Six (6) years of experience with system design, development, testing and implementation. Six (6) years of experience Implementation and support experience with web-based supply chain applications Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies Thorough understanding of current information systems technologies such as client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented design Experience following formal project management practices. Excellent planning, client management, communication, and organizational skills Experience training users in system use. Experience providing onsite support to distribution centers and operations center in system configuration. Experience providing support to resolve data-related problems with logistics information systems. General understanding of IT Governance frameworks e.g., ISO 20000, ITIL, or COBIT Communicates exceptionally well with leadership, team members and other departments orally, verbally. Must be willing to travel domestically up to 25% depending on project status and business needs. Business hours are generally 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Eastern. Periodic after hours coverage to support planned maintenance activities, new site implementations and to respond to high severity incident resolution may sometimes be required. Spends time on phone and in virtual meetings.
