Compensation: Starting @ $21.25/hour Benefits of Working with Us at Road Runners Enterprises: Competitive wages, PTO Paid Training Paid Weekly Tuition Assistance Health Insurance Dispatcher Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for drivers during their shift Provide clear instructions, updates, and operational support Track and escalate fleet issues such as inoperable vehicles, and vehicle damage to the Fleet team Act as a back-up Driver, as needed Communicate performance feedback and address infractions throughout the day Coach drivers to improve performance and meet company standards Ensure accurate clock in/out records for employees Respond to last minute-scheduling changes, emergencies, or operational demands Lead morning stand-up meetings as needed to discuss standard work, safety tips, success stories, and other pertinent topics Maintain accurate logs of driver hours, route schedules, and performance data Conduct closing duties; maintain end of the night inspections process Company Description: Road Runners Enterprises is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner dedicated to providing safe, timely, and reliable package delivery. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual Dispatcher to support our delivery team and help drive operational success. Note: All Dispatcher candidates must complete a trial period as a Delivery Associate (Driver) to gain delivery route proficiency before transitioning into the role. Note: All Dispatcher candidates must work at least one weekend a week! Location: In-Person @ Amazon Warehouse DAU7 at 3150 Chisholm Trail Rd Round Rock, TX 78681 Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Basic Computer skills Ability to work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and oversee unexpected challenges effectively Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
