Join the Rinse Squad Company: Rinse N' Roll Location: Exton, PA Do you want to assist in the launch of a brand-new, modern car wash? We're seeking an experienced and motivated Rinse Commander to take charge of daily operations, build and lead a great team, and deliver exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do: Oversee the start-up and day-to-day operations of a new car wash facility Hire, train, and manage a team of employees Ensure consistent, high-quality service and customer satisfaction Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed Monitor performance, sales, and labor metrics to drive business success Promote a clean, safe, and efficient environment for staff and customers Uphold company standards and create a positive team culture What We Are Looking For: Proven leadership experience in car wash, retail, or service management Strong problem-solving and organizational skills A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with car wash equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to work outdoors and maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Great benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick, etc. Opportunity to build and shape a brand-new team and operation A clean, modern facility with cutting-edge equipment If you would like to be part of something from the ground up, and are driven and reliable, we would like to hear from you.
