Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, you will focus on proactively building a pipeline, managing key accounts, and identifying new project opportunities in the industrial market. This is a high-impact role where you'll use the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to drive continuous improvement, create winning strategies, and exceed growth targets. Success here means building trust, driving consultative sales, and partnering closely with both your internal team and your customers. This is a remote/home-based role that will live within and cover the full Dallas/Ft Worth area. Travel will be within the region so there will be limited overnight travel required. In this role, a typical day will look like: Building and executing monthly territory and account plans to hit your sales targets Managing your pipeline through Salesforce (SFDC), documenting progress and next steps Presenting accurate forecasts and funnel reviews with actionable insights Building strong relationships with engineering firms and key influencers in customer buying decisions Representing Hach at customer visits, trade shows, product demos, and events Sharing best practices to mentor and support fellow Regional Sales Managers Collaborating cross-functionally to elevate Hach's presence and leadership in water quality We're looking for someone who has: 5+ years of direct sales experience in water treatment. B2B experience selling complex industrial products and solutions and experience selling to industrial markets are a strong plus. BA, BS, or MS degree preferredscience-related degrees (Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering). Willingness to travel up to 75% within your assigned territory.
