Our facilities are Medicare and Medicaid certified, staffed by highly trained professionals, and offer personalized care with restaurant-style dining options. We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 144-bed facility in Waterloo, Illinois, which encompasses Skilled Care, Assisted Living (licensed as Supportive Living), and Memory Care services. The Administrator will oversee the overall operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, team-oriented environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Administrator will collaborate with a Wellness Director overseeing Assisted Living and manage a diverse team of clinical and operational staff. This role requires an immediate start under the current operator, and interviews will be conducted by senior leadership. Responsibilities

Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations of the 144-bed facility, ensuring high-quality care across Skilled Care, Assisted Living (Supportive Living), and Memory Care units. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid standards, as well as Illinois-specific requirements for Supportive Living licensure. Resident Care and Satisfaction : Maintain and enhance resident-centered care, ensuring individualized care plans meet the unique needs of Skilled Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. Team Management : Supervise a multidisciplinary team of approximately 50-70 staff members, including nursing, therapy, dietary, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Collaboration with Wellness Director : Work closely with the Wellness Director overseeing Assisted Living to ensure seamless integration of services and consistent quality across all care levels. Financial Oversight : Manage the facility's budget, optimize resource allocation, and monitor financial performance to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability. Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives, leveraging data to enhance clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and staff performance. Community Engagement : Build relationships with residents, families, and the local community to promote the facility's reputation and maintain high occupancy rates. Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings, improve operational workflows, and align with organizational goals. Reporting : Provide regular updates to the COO and CEO on operational performance, regulatory compliance, and resident care metrics. Qualifications

Licensure : Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Illinois, in good standing. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an LNHA, with a proven track record of managing Skilled Care, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care facilities. Education : Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of federal and state regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Illinois Supportive Living licensure requirements. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing diverse teams of 50+ staff members in a healthcare setting. Financial Acumen : Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management within a healthcare facility. Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Ability to address complex operational, clinical, and regulatory challenges with strategic and innovative solutions. Compensation

The compensation package for this position includes a base salary of $100,000, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off).
