Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights and enjoys collaborating across departments to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have strong experience in data extraction, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel, Workday, and Tableau. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives. Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Workday and other internal systems. Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to manipulate and analyze datasets. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends. Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across platforms. Support the development of business cases and project proposals through data-driven insights. Recommend and help implement process improvements and best practices. Present findings and recommendations clearly to management and cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications: Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance. (Requires US Citizenship) 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite. Hands-on experience with Workday and Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret or higher security clearance. Working knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA). Familiarity with HR recruiting processes, including sourcing and candidate selection. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Typically, 10+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's + 8 years, or 14 years of relevant experience). Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
