Account Executive (AE) Focused On Provider Data
SuperDial is looking for an Account Executive (AE) focused on Provider Data to drive growth and adoption of our AI-powered healthcare solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative salesperson who understands the unique challenges of the RCM space and can effectively position AI-driven automation as a game-changer for revenue cycle management. About the Role
Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects to negotiating and closing deals Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target provider organizations with high-volume data complexity and RCM pain points Build relationships with executives and operational leaders in revenue cycle, credentialing, compliance, and provider services Articulate the value of SuperDial's platform in streamlining provider data workflows, reducing manual overhead, and accelerating cash flow Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver market feedback and shape the evolution of our provider data offering Stay current on industry regulations, payer requirements, and trends in provider data automation and interoperability About You
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in healthtech, revenue cycle, or provider data management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment Strong understanding of healthcare operations, with bonus points for experience selling to provider organizations, MSOs, or payers Familiarity with provider credentialing, directory management, or RCM workflows is strongly preferred Ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value for operational and executive stakeholders Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving legal, compliance, IT, and operations Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a bias for action, strong pipeline management habits, and a growth mindset Experience using HubSpot Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling AI-driven, automation, or SaaS solutions in the healthcare or dental space. Familiarity with dental EHR and practice management systems Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and ownership are key. Working knowledge of the payer and insurance landscape, including how provider data impacts claims, eligibility, and reimbursement What's in It for You?
