Indirect Procurement Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee our indirect procurement function for IT, HR, and professional services, managing an annual spend exceeding $80M. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute 5-year sourcing strategies aligned with global business goals. Responsibilities

Develop and implement 3-year sourcing strategies for IT, HR, and professional services, aligned with regional and global business goals. Design, manage, and execute sourcing processes, including RFx events, negotiations, contracts, and supplier management. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (People Team, IT, Legal) to understand needs and drive successful project outcomes. Utilize e-sourcing tools (such as Ariba Sourcing and others) for streamlined procurement processes and improved efficiency. Collaborate with department leaders to establish short and long-term business objectives, identifying, developing, and managing strategic business relationships. Continuously monitor and measure procurement effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities through industry best practices and data analysis. Assess supplier agreements, negotiate on behalf of the company, leveraging corporate buying power for optimal terms. Evaluate vendor performance, manage procurement execution process, and resolve issues for smooth supply continuity. Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the procurement team, staying current with the latest technologies and trends. Drive aggressive productivity goals, creating a pipeline of projects. Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process. Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing strategies, implementing protocols for effectiveness and efficiency of strategic initiatives. Anticipate key supplier problems, resolve issues, and develop business continuity plans for supply. Evaluate vendor quality of service, mediate disputes, and escalate issues. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience required. 10+ years of experience in sourcing, relationship management, contract negotiation, and project management, ideally within IT, HR, or professional services. Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives. Deep understanding of market dynamics impacting IT, HR, and professional services, with a global perspective. Experience managing complex contracts and collaborating with legal teams. Financial and analytical acumen, experience in setting strategy, leading transformational change, and major project management. Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving programs and optimizing supplier relationships. Compensation Range: $118,400.00-$160,000.00, plus bonus. Minimum Salary: 34320.00 Maximum Salary: 34320.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
