Waterfront Training Delivery Program Manager
Will support CIWT's IT Course Training Managers using lessons learned and best practices expertise to anticipate and address current and foreseeable shipboard course curriculum, technical training equipment (TTE), and scheduling issues. Monitors training operations and support scheduling of all the advanced technology IT systems courses to support CIWT N7 in delivering effective training. Facilitates development of course schedules; inputs to curriculum revisions; identifying, documenting, resolving individual classroom and laboratory TTE issues. Coordinates issues affecting multiple sites with cross-site collaboration on curriculum and TTE issues. Provides technical, scheduling, and course operations support to its Training Managers and training staff at the respective CIWT sites. Facilitates collaboration among CIWT N7/N4/N6 and IWTC staff and instructors to rapidly respond to instructional, facility/environmental, scheduling changes, and other issues that may affect one or more training sites. Shall attend course training reviews at specified training sites and other meetings as directed by CIWT N7. Maintain eNTRS, CeTARS, and other training-related accounts, as necessary, in supporting CIWT N7. Active SECRET clearance or higher. Active TS/SCI preferred. Ten (10) years of experience supporting JCC (MRTS 3D), ADNS K(V)2, CANES, SVT, ISSM, ANSA, NTCSS for course management and scheduling at WFTD course locations in CONUS and OCONUS (Japan and Hawaii). Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
