Source Selection And Acquisition Strategy Support
This position will support multiple Space Systems Command (SSC)/SZ-BC programs, as well as other initiatives across the Space Force, Air Force, and allied organizations. Primary Responsibilities
Assist the government in executing source selections as per FAR 9.505-4 Coordinate functional meeting requests, develop source selection documentation such as source selection plans, acquisition strategies, and non-disclosure agreements Review and draft proposal evaluations for non-governmental activities Provide contract and subcontract management support Assist Government Contracting Officers and contract specialists with requests for proposals, technical evaluations, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract execution Offer guidance on contracts and provide technical and operational leadership for program and business management teams Advise on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, and strategy Manage existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts Assist with the development and execution of acquisition strategies for follow-on efforts Minimum Qualifications
A BA/BS degree is required Ten or more years' experience in this type of position or program is required Contracting Experience with FAR 8.4, 12, 13, 15 and 16.505 Knowledge of negotiation techniques and skill in devising negotiation strategies to recommend to the Government Contracting Officer in resolving problems such as reducing cost, adjusting delivery schedules, and negotiating in sole source environments Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to new acquisition requirements to support innovative, effective and efficient acquisition strategy development and implementation support Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not supervise the work of others. Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%. Travel

BTAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc. SALARY RANGE: $143,000-$250,000. BTAS Benefits: A comprehensive benefits program, including paid time off, federal holidays, health coverage, 401K plan with generous company match is offered to all full-time employees.
