Mid-Level Systems Support Analyst
We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Support Analyst to join our AEW&C avionics team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role supports multiple initiatives across AEW&C platforms, focusing on program tracking, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and experience in aerospace or defense environments. Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and analyze technical, budget, and schedule data to support program decision-making and objectives. Develop and maintain performance metrics dashboards and reports for program leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities. Support program managers and engineering teams with data-driven insights to maintain program health. Prepare and present clear, concise reports and briefings on program status, earned value metrics, and corrective actions. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to program tracking and reporting. Monitor supplier performance and integrate cost/schedule data into program controls. Apply systems thinking to understand program interdependencies and impacts. Provide analytical support throughout the product lifecycle. Basic Qualifications: Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security clearance (Requires US Citizenship) Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, data science, computer science, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to analyze budget/schedule data and present findings effectively. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs. Knowledge of aircraft avionics systems. Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Understanding of systems engineering and product lifecycle management. Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for program tracking. Ability to train and mentor team members on program tracking tools and best practices. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
