Here is your chance to inform, excite, and position our team of ambassadors for success! We are looking for trainers who will prepare and deliver training to Sesame Place ambassadors and assist with continual training initiatives. If you are passionate about priming our team of versatile ambassadors for success, this job is for you. You will: Work with the HR Training team to prepare and deliver department Policy Training and OJT programs. Facilitate training using approved SOPs, lesson plans, and other training resources to ensure Ambassadors are comfortable working in their assigned area and assigned equipment. Certify, test, audit, and properly document all Ambassador training according to the SOP of the assigned area or equipment. Coordinate and execute department audits and provide re-training when necessary. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and report training deficiencies. Maintain ambassador training files via company learning management system. Other duties as assigned. What It Takes To Succeed:

Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests and ambassador needs. Flexibility to perform varied duties. Ability to maintain a professional image and manage confidential information appropriately. What Else Is Important:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous public speaking/presentation experience required. Must be able to complete all required Train-the-Trainer programs and certifications for delivery of trainings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high aptitude for computer software systems. Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing). Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals. Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement. Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe situations. Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines.
