Project Manager

BW Papersystems is looking for an experienced Project Manager that leads and executes complex, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision. This role is responsible for managing all phases of a project lifecyclefrom proposal and planning through execution, installation, and closureensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. The position requires collaboration across internal teams (sales, engineering, product management) and external partners, acting as a single point of contact for all stakeholders. The Project Manager also mentors less experienced team members and may lead specific steps or entire projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects in alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals. Partner with sales and engineering during the pre-sales phase; support proposals and client presentations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and gross profit targets. Maintain Project Punch List and drive to machine acceptance by the customer Define performance metrics with stakeholders; ensure alignment across departments. Coordinate with internal and external partners, including OEMs, to meet project requirements. Maintain project documentation and lead stakeholder communications. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance. Coach and mentor less experienced project team members. Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Engineering, Business 5 + years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment, PMP certification (good to have) Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.
