Correspondence Management Analyst I
CGI Federal is seeking a temporary Correspondence Management Analyst I to support the CRM division. This assignment will start in June 2025. This position is located in Washington, DC and works in office M-F. Your future duties and responsibilities: Escort contractors around CRM facilities for all types of facilities projects, IT projects, or any other special projects that can range from 1 hour to 8 hours a day. Coordinate and communicate with contractors such as the move contractors or facilities contractors on the day of the move as well as the customers. Thoroughly understand the CRM buildings and locations of the project and details of the project that they are escorting. Flexible schedule to ensure present for projects that require escorting. Track and close out Facilities tickets related to move requests. Maintain inventory of furniture and/or track furniture that needs to be excessed or taken back to the warehouse. Physically assist with large mailroom deliveries consisting of IT equipment or large amounts of office supplies like paper and helping to bring them up to the appropriate suites from the mailroom. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required. High School Diploma 1-3 years of experience in correspondence or related field Must be able to successfully obtain a DOJ Public Trust Successfully pass a CGI Federal background investigation including education, criminal, employment, and a credit check for delinquent debts. Hourly Rate: $23.86/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
