Program Manager
Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in McLean, VA. Position responsibilities include providing management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership, responsible for quality and efficiency, organizational authority to execute the requirements, overseeing assignment of tasks to personnel, providing high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts, managing overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources, and authority to commit the company and make decisions for the company in response to Government issues, concerns, and problems. The Program Manager should be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, and be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues. Position requirements include a minimum of a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility; a Counterintelligence (Cl) scope polygraph; eligible for crossover; and meets Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704, Personnel Security. The candidate should have a minimum of ten years of project management experience managing complex projects. It is desired that the PM has a Master's degree in Business Management, Project/Program Management, or a related field, experience with Federal IC program management requirements, and an active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification. Position is located in McLean, VA.
