Our Engineering Program Managers partner with engineers who build secure, end-to-end solutions. Thanks to Apple's unique integration of hardware, software, and services, engineers and Program Managers work together to build a single unified vision. Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive programs focused on building Apple's Cloud Computing Platforms. Our cloud computing platforms power many features we all love in our Apple products and they must scale globally, be highly available, performant, and simply "just work". If so, we want to talk to you! Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of engineering program managers in the compute infrastructure domain Strong background in software delivery, and services infrastructure engineering Proficient in software development processes (SDLC), and comfortable with various project management methodologies Experience with risk analysis as well as developing, prioritizing and leading the roadmap Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or deep relevant industry experience Preferred Qualifications

Prior engineering, infrastructure, or software development program management experience for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps strongly preferred. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative & critical thinking capabilities Expertise in coordination & participation in requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics and executing on them while driving program maturity and process optimization Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
