Go-To-Channel Planning, Channel Enablement Program Manager

Meta is looking for a Channel Enablement Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Realty Labs business. Reporting to the Director of Go to Channel Planning, this essential role will be responsible for bringing process rigor and operational expertise through comprehensive program management of the development and delivery of global Channel Experiences for the Metaverse business that contribute to driving unit sales velocity across key consumer sales channels. Focus areas for the role include process development, implementation, and optimization to ensure successful planning, development, and delivery of Physical (in store fixtures, merchandising, demo technology), Digital (.com, omni experience customer journey), and Sales Enablement channel experiences for key NPI launch, seasonal refresh, and global/regional promotional moments. The right candidate will possess extensive program management, operational, and drive for results rigoras well as effectively organize, communicate, and collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of an organization. This person will bring the right blend of strategy, coordination, and problem-solving to help ensure the development and delivery of channel experiences is running smoothlyand bring structure to complexity. This person will also thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex product launches and go-to-channel initiativesmeasuring success along the way. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Go-to-Channel Experiences Planning: Bring process rigor and operational expertise to the development and delivery of channel experiences for the Metaverse product category (New Product Introduction, Seasonal Refresh, Promotions, and key initiatives). Project Planning & Alignment: Create detailed project plans outlining all tasks, timelines, and dependency requirements at the right altitude. Monitor/track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed. Hold teams accountable. Stakeholder Alignment: Bring the right people together at the right moments to have the right conversations to build robust channel experience plans in prep for channel sales execution. Develop and provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business and desired outcomes. Dependency Tracking & Risk Management: Identify critical interdependencies across Global Sales to support physical, digital, and training initiatives. Proactively assess risks and roadblocks and develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications: Serve as the central communication hub for Metaverse channel experiences, ensuring alignment across sales and key cross-functional partners. Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates to keep stakeholders informed. Rhythm of Business Execution: Establish and run structured cadences to track progress, mitigate risk, and ensure all cross-functional teams are aligned. Ensure key discussions happen at the right time to maintain strategic focus, alignment, reviews, and delivery of key documents. Best Practices: Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices. Standardize processes to improve scalability. Ensure project quality: Oversee the quality of deliverables from key internal partners to ensure they are meeting Sales teams needs. When issues arise, proactively resolve. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include: 5+ years proven track record of driving successful, complex go-to-channel motions to achieve business or similar experience. Proven track record planning for or executing against channel sales business strategy, go-to-channel, and/or process optimization for large matrixed organizations. Proven track record of driving clear communications, working across teams, and influencing stakeholders without authority across all levels of an organization. Experience managing workload within a fast-paced time frame. BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience). Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include: Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale. Proven capacity to get things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources. MBA/Master Degree. $116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or sales incentives, if applicable.
