Part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at ASCENT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support our medical staff in delivering exceptional services to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist with patient intake, including taking medical histories and vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care Ensure a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care This position is part-time with eventual growth opportunity to full-time. Clinic is open Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Requirements: Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or a valid LPN license Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
