What You'll Be Doing As our Construction Manager, you'll lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work, happy clients, and a motivated team. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, problem-solving, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Your day-to-day includes: Leading the charge on all construction projects Assigning tasks and guiding our superintendents to success Keeping everything on time and on budget (like a project ninja) Making sure all work meets local codes, standards, and high-quality expectations Capturing and organizing project info

from photos to contracts Wrapping up projects with end-of-job debriefs and team check-ins What We're Looking For We're all about finding people who are hands-on, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of their role. Requirements: High school diploma or GED Previous experience in construction management PMP certification?
