Landscape Architect with 0-2 years' experience. Responsible for integrating the Landscape Architecture with Civil Engineering. Excellent design skills with basic knowledge of Southeastern plant material, familiarity working with tree and landscape ordinances. Demonstrates excellent writing and oral presentation skills. AutoCAD required with knowledge of Civil 3D, Photoshop and Sketch-Up a plus. Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program with 0-2 years design experience Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus) Knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp a plus Basic knowledge of Southeastern plant material Demonstrates excellent writing and oral presentation skills Demonstrates excellent design skills (Land Planning, Hardscape and Planting Design) Has familiarity working with tree and landscape ordinances A strong collaborator in a multi-discipline team environment Demonstrates excellent problem solving, critical thinking abilities and Willing to work in the field U.S. Citizen Here is the posted list of responsibilities: Design of commercial landscape, irrigation, grade, drainage, hardscape, etc. Prepare estimates/bid documents for landscape, irrigation, grade, drainage, hardscape, etc. Ability to accurately calculate quantities for area, volume, material import and export. Prepare submittals, as built plans, and details. Prepare workflow schedules and scopes of work. Conduct site analysis. Project budget preparation. Support Project Managers to ensure successful projects. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Salary $60,000-$70,000 Flex work hours Must be able to work in Roswell, GA
