Warfare Systems Cyber-Focused Technology Integration Specialist

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies Warfare Systems partners with the Department of Defense and defense innovation ecosystem to rapidly acquire and field critical and emerging technologies, particularly integrated communications, networking, and Systems-of-Systems technologies, to enhance national security and warfighter capabilities. Through a multiagency contracting approach, the Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) initiative focuses on advancing these technologies to achieve multi-domain battlespace integration and resilient command and control. This includes a broad range of services such as systems engineering, cybersecurity, operational integration, and data analytics, all aimed at modernizing communications and ensuring seamless information exchange for the Department of Defense and its allies. Essential job responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and integrating new cyber-focused technologies to support COBRA requirements. Oversee and coordinate all facets of Cyberspace Operations across multiple domains and teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on Offensive Cyberspace Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Operations, and Department of Defense Network Operations with particular focus on capability blending and integration. Provide Cyberspace Operations expert-level resource allocation, supervision of technical programs, and management of cost, schedule, and performance across simultaneous projects/TDLs ranging from quick-reaction, rapid-response to long-term planning and execution for C5ISR TDLs. Identify and mitigate potential Cyberspace Operations risks, reduce time to develop and transition operations, and ensure development of solutions for Mission Partners by applying proven engineering methodologies. Ensure all tasks are completed, integrated, and operationalized into COBRA requirements, work with PM and key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. Minimum qualifications include 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 13 years relevant experience with a Master's in related field; 10 years relevant experience with a PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; effective oral and written communication abilities. Preferred requirements include experience working in defense or intelligence environments; excellent communication and collaboration skills; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Security+, PMP).
