Federal Marketing Manager
Absolute, the leader in cyber resilience, is seeking a Federal Marketing Manager to drive pipeline within the Public Sector segment (Education, State and Local Government and Federal) by strategically developing, managing, and executing brand awareness and demand generation campaigns. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for building awareness, developing account-based marketing, and creating demand within the Public Sector across North America. You will contribute to developing the Public Sector go-to-market strategy and manage and execute marketing campaigns, content development, and field events. You will assist the broader marketing department in various initiatives and partner with the channel marketing team to ensure federal messaging is aligned across corporate and channel/partner sales teams. The right candidate is not afraid of building something new, thrives on exceeding measurable goals, investigates problems with data, easily establishes strong cross-functional partnerships in a highly matrixed environment, and enjoys working with colleagues to drive successful outcomes. What You'll Do: Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to develop and execute public sector demand and lead generation campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics including but not limited to events, email, outbound tactics, webinars, paid social, digital, and content syndication Develop clear, compelling content to support campaign interaction points: email, landing pages, paid social, event messaging, online and offline campaigns Partner with sales, channel/partner marketing, product marketing, creative, and marketing operations to ensure successful execution of plans Collaborate with federal sales team to create messaging strategies that can be customized and personalized for sales outreach Partner with sales teams to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success and leads follow-up plans Adopt a data driven approach to everything you do; track, measure, and analyze all promotional activity performance. Conduct regular public sector pipeline reviews and develop campaigns to complement and/or offset what we are seeing in the market Consistently test and enhance marketing activities through measurement and optimization Track federal marketing program and event budget and results to uncover insights for improvement, efficiencies, and cost reduction, and provide routine communications and reporting for all campaigns and events Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment that encourages information sharing, team-based success, and a strong focus on results Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers Who You Are: 5+ years of experience developing and optimizing marketing programs and running omni-channel marketing campaigns Experience marketing cybersecurity to the U.S. public sector required. Both state + local and federal experience is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with digital and offline marketing tactics including, but not limited to events, email, paid social, website, SEO, and content syndication Experience writing and creating campaign assets with excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management and presentation skills Experience managing budget, including allocation and optimization ABM and partner experience a plus Highly adaptable to changing priorities Can work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to meet/exceed goals Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, marketing operations tools and best practices Why Work For Us:
