We are looking for a Sales Manager who embodies these values and is ready to lead from the front, build a strong sales team, and grow our membership base. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Sales Growth: Drive membership sales through lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing strategies. Community Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses and engage in outreach programs to increase brand visibility. Club Cleanliness & Presentation: Ensure the gym maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Business Development: Develop and execute strategies for membership growth and retention. Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads from various sources (digital, referral, and walk-ins). What We're Looking For: Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing or building teams.
