Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues. Maintain and document hardware inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance. Utilize tools such as Chef and Cl Programming to optimize system performance. Apply knowledge in AML and Credit Risk Management to enhance data security and compliance. Train and guide team members on hardware functionalities and best practices. Develop and implement procedures for maintaining hardware systems effectively. Requirements include proven experience in hardware analysis and technical support. Familiarity with Windows 11 migration and related processes. Proficiency in tools such as Chef and Cl Programming. Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Credit Risk Management principles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
