Secret Administrative Assistant
Provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Responsible for managing daily operations, handling sensitive materials, coordinating schedules and meetings, and supporting the execution of strategic priorities with discretion and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize logistics for leadership and staff. Draft and review official documents, reports, memos, and correspondence following DoD standards. Maintain classified and unclassified records, files, and communication materials. Track and process administrative tasks including travel authorizations (DTS), training records, and taskers. Handle classified documents in compliance with security protocols. Coordinate internal and external communications, visitor access, and building logistics. Provide supply inventory management and procurement support. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of administrative experience, preferably in a government or defense-related setting. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, DTS, and other federal systems. Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. Education: Required: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related discipline Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for education requirement.
