Services Business Development Partner Manager

Apple's Services Business Development team is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for media and entertainment to help massively grow our services, including: TV+, Apple Music, Apple One, MLS Season Pass, News+, Arcade and strategic offers. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on developing and managing global bundling programs (like the intersection of Hardware, Software and Services) to accelerate Apple's Services growth worldwide through 3P channels. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end process from development of compelling new growth ideas and navigating how to gain support for them through 3P channel management. Your mission will be to ensure our programs meet business objectives, are continually optimized based on insightful data you extract. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer journeys, new marketing strategies, and working cross-functionally with teams to launch and optimize programs in over 100+ markets. Program Management
Outstanding ability to manage complex global projects with cross-functional teams and take ideas from concept to launch. Subscription Growth
Leverage deep understanding of how to structure strategic offers at scale, thoughtfully manage budgets, and evaluate performance through detailed analysis with cross-functional teams. Marketing Strategy
Be passionate about driving subscription growth with key partners, such as carriers and retailers, through optimizing for our partner's goals at key times of the year. This person will also assist in creative positioning, call-to-action suggestions, new offers, customer journey development, and growth through CRM channels. Organizational Influence
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product, Country Managers, Data Science, Ops, and Engineering to solve complex and ambiguous problems that require creativity and tenacity in developing solutions to bring to market. Ability to present to Senior Level executives in presentations and make recommendations that will unlock growth for Apple and our partners. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant industry work experience. A collaborative partner that can lead through influence by building strong cross-functional relationships and personal credibility across the organization. Exceptional project management capability with outstanding attention to detail. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate performance data, extract key insights, develop recommendations to inform strategic decisions, and present findings to senior leadership. BA/BS degree required Preferred Qualifications
Experience within entertainment subscription services. Background in either hardware, carrier, retailer, bundling, or other consumer products and businesses. Ability to research, size and prioritize opportunities across businesses to drive subscriber acquisition growth and retention. Demonstrates strong financial skills and comfortable being self-directed with modeling scenarios. Excited to pursue creative ideas, solve tough problems, navigate through ambiguous environments, bring strategic projects to market, and deliver results. Passionate about the customer experience and developing plans and offers with partners (internal or external) that will delight Apple customers. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting to senior leadership. Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
