Outpatient Clinical Supervisor - Full Time, Direct Hire/Permanent

$85,000 = $100,000/ year + Benefits Work Schedule : Monday-Friday Hours:
8:00AM- 4:00PM / 9:00AM - 5:00PM Reports to:
Executive Director of Behaviorial Health
Our exclusive partner is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to manage counseling services for their outpatient program. This role is responsible for leading and developing the clinical team, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of substance use treatment, and experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Provide leadership and administrative supervision to the counseling team Monitor, review, and sign off on treatment plans, assessments, and documentation Conduct bi-weekly clinical supervision for staff Provide therapeutic interventions for clients in crisis Refer clients to additional services (medical, social, and community-based support) as needed Oversee counselor schedules, caseload assignments, and group facilitation planning Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and staff development activities
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field LMHC, LICSW, LCSW Required Minimum 3 years of clinical experience + Supervisory experience Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment, assessments, and care planning
