Outpatient Clinical Supervisor - Full Time, Direct Hire/PermanentSalary: $85,000 = $100,000/ year + BenefitsWork Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00AM- 4:00PM / 9:00AM - 5:00PM Reports to: Executive Director of Behaviorial HealthOur exclusive partner is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to manage counseling services for their outpatient program. This role is responsible for leading and developing the clinical team, ensuring quality care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of substance use treatment, and experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and administrative supervision to the counseling teamMonitor, review, and sign off on treatment plans, assessments, and documentationConduct bi-weekly clinical supervision for staffProvide therapeutic interventions for clients in crisisRefer clients to additional services (medical, social, and community-based support) as neededOversee counselor schedules, caseload assignments, and group facilitation planningParticipate in clinical meetings, trainings, and staff development activitiesRequirements:Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldLMHC, LICSW, LCSW RequiredMinimum 3 years of clinical experience + Supervisory experienceFamiliarity with substance use disorder treatment, assessments, and care planning
